How we protect your data

We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy. For example, we limit the amount of data we collect to the minimum necessary, ensure data is encrypted when in transit and storage, and strictly limit access to a minimum number of individuals and subject to confidentiality commitments.  Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to any of our websites; any transmission is at your own risk. Access controls within Fooks-Michnya Associates LLC limit who may access information.

What data breach procedures we have in place

In the event of a data breach, we will follow our plan. This includes assessing the scope and severity of the breach (treating it like a crime scene) and immediately beginning a process of intervention, remediation and notification.

Third party provision of data or services on our behalf

We may from time to time use third party companies and individuals to provide data, facilitate services, and/or provide or perform certain aspects of the services on our behalf. Our vendors are obligated not to disclose or use Personal Information for any other purpose.

Although we may also use third party analytics service providers to evaluate and provide us with information about the use of the services and viewing of our content, we do not share Personal Information with these analytics service providers, but they may set and access their own cookies, web beacons and embedded scripts on your Device and they may otherwise collect or have access to information about you, including non-personally identifiable information.

Currently, tracking and metrics are used primarily to assess overall usage patterns to help us improve our products and services for the benefit of our users. Consequently, we may use collected Personal Information and user data to provide services on this website and target users for advertisements to remind them of the services we provide directly.
